Data Import

Save hours of typing! We can, in complete confidence, import your contacts (addresses, phone numbers, emails) into BuaTransmittals before you install it. We will ensure that the data is tidy, and that information goes in the correct fields.

We can accept a wide variety of file formats, including Outlook, Excel, Access, CSV, TXT and more. The contact data will be visible to your staff, and you can create and address an email with one click.

With broadband, you can use the VoIP facility to telephone your contacts with a single click - no dialling, no wrong numbers. More details on VoIP

While we will take every care to make sure your information is imported accurately, we can’t help it if you send us incorrect data.

Power-user Training

Nominate one of your staff for Power-user Training and our expert will phone him or her and talk through every step of using BuaTransmittals, and answer all questions. You’ll have your own expert onsite!

Allow about 40 minutes, but we’ll stay with you for as long as it takes.
